The origin of Drax the Destroyer

Once Thanos had amassed his “raging horde of interstellar malcontents“ he led them to attack his home planet of Titan.
In desperation, his father Mentor sought help from Kronos, the disembodied entity.

To
aid the plight of Mentor Kronos creates a being from the the earth of
the planets surface. And from this unnatural birth emerged Drax the
Destroyer, a being whose sole purpose was the destruction of Thanos.

Drax
located Thanos on a planet far from the our solar system. He clashed so
violently with Thanos that the planet exploded beneath their battle.

During
the planetary explosion, Drax became injured and Thanos was able to
capture him and brings him to Earth where he is held prisoner beneath
the surface.

From this Earth prison, Drax begins his telepathic
communication with Iron Man, who is then captured by the Blood Brothers
and brought to the same prison.

Gladiator; Iron Man and Galactus.

The Thanosi, named X; Mystic;
Warrior; Armor and Omega are a nihilistic group determined to destroy
Thanos with a black hole that they plot to create.

When the Champion of the Universe takes control over the
planet Skardon the only way he would agree to give up his power is by
being defeated in the ring.

How Gamora helped She Hulk defeat the Champion of the Universe

Many
super heroes attempt to defeat the Champion, but all fail. It is left
up to She Hulk trained by Gamora to try and defeat the ruler.

Gamora
advises that She Hulk train in her Jennifer Walters form as any
strength that she gain as a human is magnifies when she transforms.

After applying the advise of Gamora, She Hulk was able to get into the ring with the Champion of the Universe and defeat him.

Gamora, The Infinity Watch and Count Abyss

When Maya, the agent of Count Abyss was sent to stay with
Gamora and the Infinity Watch on Monster Island, Gamora did not take to
her. It was assumed that Gamora was simply jealous of Warlocks affection
for Maya, but Gamora had sensed that Maya was part of a trap. 

When
Count Abysss abducted Maya and bright her back to his realm, Warlock
was compelled to follow her due to the love potion Abyss had used to
make Adam fall for Maya.
